Redemption information
- Guests must arrive and check in at the Ticket Office at least 45 minutes prior to the tour start time
- Please note there is often construction along the route to Kualoa, and morning check-in lines can be long
- Guests need to check in at the Ticket Office with a Photo ID (Drivers License, passport, and others). The name on the ID should be the same as the reservation name
