- For same-day booking, please book at least 1 hour(s) before your selected pick up time to ensure your booking is confirmed
- Days are calculated and charged inclusively. If you pick up the device on Thursday and return it on Monday, a total of five days will be charged
- Select the number of days you need when booking. If you decide to keep the device longer, those extra days will be charged at original retail price upon return

Pick-up information
- Present your voucher when you pick up the device
- Midnight flight customers can pick up one day ahead after 20:00. If you pick up after 20:00, you won't need to pay for extra rent. If you pick up before 20:00, you will be charged for the original rental fee of extra days and administrative fee HKD200
Drop-off/return Information
- Please pay for any extra days you rented the device
- Return the device to the Hong Kong International Airport service counter
- Please note: If you drop off the WiFi after 23:59 on the date of device return, WiFiBB will charge you the rental fee for the extra days at the original retail price
- A deposit of HKD 1000 is required before picking up the machine, and the deposit will be returned 30 days after the payment date

There was no one at the airport, and there was no notification at the counter. Everything is self-service and there is no service at all.

Very disappointed. It was troublesome to pick up the plane. There were no staff at the counter at the airport. You had to return the plane by yourself, which was very unsafe.
