Fast Boat Ticket between Bali (Serangan Harbour) and Nusa Penida

As for the first experience for somone who is looking for manta ray, sad as for we only can go for two spots only. Totally understood as for the weather not on our side. The photo and video, i love it. Recommended but please choose your month wisely to join this trip. Imo, the great month will be from April to early December

The boat ride was fine. It seems they switched boats on us. We ended up on a large ferry... Bali Line. It left 30 minutes later than our original boat, and took 75 minutes each way rather than the original quote of 45 minutes. Made us late to pick up our Scooters and 45 minutes late for our snorkelling tour. Luckily the operator waited for us and we were still able to enjoy snorkelling.

Fast, on-time delivery with no hassle, and inexpensive suitcases! I recommend it!

Very bad travel experience. Paid expensive private full-day car charter. The car was supposed to be used for eight hours, but was only used for four and a half hours. This also included lunch time. In addition, I paid for the driver's lunch. I only went to two places and three scenic spots (because two of them were close together). At each place, the driver took me to the photography position he determined, took two photos and was asked to leave. There was no chance to properly discover the beauty of the scenic spots. The car started at 9:30 in the morning and ended at 1:30 in the afternoon. We were sent back to the dock a few hours early and were bored waiting for the boat. Paid the price of a free travel, but the experience was worse than that of a tour group. Very disappointed with this product!

I’m not sure if it was the boat ride or the group of people on this boat, but everyone was sick on this boat journey. I had taken a different speed boat a few days prior to the same location and no one was ever sick. The location you’re dropped off on the island is quite sad and getting a taxi is difficult. Also the departure location in Bali doesn’t allow grab/go jek so you’ll be hussled by all the taxi drivers and you’ll spend x3 the amount to get back home. It was a very average experience, but they got the job done.

The entire trip was just below average. Only thing was prompt pick up from all the drivers concerned at the hotel or Nusa Penida harbour. This package was a huge let down for me and my family. We were total 7 (4 adults and three kids). The driver picked us up from our hotel right on time and dropped us to the port. This package gave us Bali line (big ferry with more than 200 people approx). We didn't get the option of our seat selectionbratjer it was assigned by the carrier.. God knows how. The ferry was below average with dirty washroom with no water. They didn't allow us to go the upper deck to click a few photographs. Somehow we reached Nusa Penida only to find that the mad rush was to get the photographs clicked at those points Angel's Billabong, Broken beach, Kelingking beach. Mad rush of people, huge trrafic and intense heat. I will not recommend this trip if you want to have good time. If your aim is to just get the pics clicked with these beaches on the background and can bear the heat then go for it. Anyways, the approach to Angel's billabong was very bad and dangerous walk very carefully else you might end up hurting yourself. Taxi drivers picked us up on time bub the whole time it appeared like we were racing against time. The biggest let down was the free snorkelling experience. When the driver dropped us at the ESA- G bar and beach club there was no one to guide us. We reached the free snorkelling area which was just near the ferry.bTje arrangements and snorkelling kits provided were in bad shape and no guidance for the beginners. You are on your own. All the snorkelling kits were leaking and broken which we didn't realize until we went inside the water and the face kit was filled with water. The guy was just unable to help us with another kit. We waited for sometime and then finally gave away the idea of snorkelling there. Pathetic experience of free snorkelling.....No training, no guidance and no proper kits. The ESA-G barvand beach club was very dirty and it gave me yuck feeling when I went inside the changing room or while using washroom. Pathetic club and overall very bad experience. The entire day was wasted. I urge not to use this beach bar and this liner service. Utter disappointment for and me and my entire family.

I just bought a ticket and used it, and now I understand why they use hotel pickup. Transportation methods such as Grab and Go-Jek cannot be used at Serangan Port. -> Can't catch it at all... At the port, there's a sign saying that you can only pick them up, but you can't use taxis. If you want to use transportation, they charge about 5 times the normal price. -> If the price of Grab is 60k, I asked about 10 people who said 300k for the distance, but they all said 300k because of traffic congestion. If you want to go, I recommend that you go with a product that offers hotel pickup.
