The reception staff were not good at greeting guests. I came in and there wasn’t much info about where to put my shoes and whether the slippers on the side were clean for me to wear. They were reluctant to accept me as a customer as I don’t have a HKID- they should be clear that they only accept HK permanent residents, and asked me to try and refund via Klook. As you can’t refund on Klook they reluctantly did the treatments. The therapist was good however.
