Reviews
Hotel pick-up and drop-off is very convenient for those who are new to the city, which is a plus! The itinerary departed near noon, and the driver and tour guide Fiona explained the attractions enthusiastically along the way, but many restaurants were closed for lunch at Phillip Island, and there were not many choices. After the meal, visit the Koala Conservation Area, stay in the park for about an hour, and then go to the penguin's home. The scenery along the way is very beautiful, and you can see cute wild animals everywhere. You don't return until nine o'clock in the evening Melbourne, end today's happy and rich journey! The klook itinerary is very good, and I will choose to participate in the future!
Timely pickup and enthusiastic tour guide. I crossed the road to Tooriden bakery even though it was raining. Must try the lamb and rosemary pie. We managed to see koala and her joey, definitely a plus for the trip.
Very Satisfied. Driver is polite and helpful. Pickup point is easy to find and timing is good. Definitely, will join again.
Very disappointed and deceived. The Melbourne travel agency (Gray Line Melbourne) sent an email saying that we would be picked up at the Grand Hyatt (Russell Street) at 2:10 pm. I arrived at 1:50 pm to wait, but after waiting for an hour, no one came to pick us up. I called Klook. The local travel agency phone number provided was 1300 85 86 87 many times, but no one answered it at all, which was very helpless. The children were looking forward to this trip very much, but they were forced to stand on the street for an hour and ended up not being able to see the penguins. The whole family was in a very bad mood. I had no choice but to walk into the Grand Hyatt and ask about it. I learned that Gray Line Melbourne has closed and I will definitely contact Klook for a refund.
Thank you for using Klook to book a one-day penguin parade tour to Phillip Island. We are deeply sorry for the inconvenience you have encountered and understand your disappointment. Therefore, our specialist will notify you of the follow-up processing by email as soon as possible. We sincerely thank you for your understanding and support.
