This service for me is a must specially if you have small children with you together with stroller and some bags for their things... taking coach is cheaper but it becomes a hassle as you need to alight and board the vehicle when passing thru immigration... driver is english speaking and is very helpful and informative... overall a comfortable and pleasant experience..
The driver (Mr. Smart) was very friendly, helpful and responsible. The trip was good. Only one matter: I could find no way to contact the operator before the trip and was a bit worried until the driver came on time at the day of the trip.
Very helpful and friendly driver … on time pickup and arrival. Just wasn’t aware that we had to go through the bus checkpoint (which was faster than cars, but a hassle with the luggage). Information sharing about the bus / driver could have been shared a bit earlier for ease of mind.
Hello, the driver, Solomon Lau was very helpful and friendly through out the journey to Legoland Malaysia. Big warning for first time visitors to avoid going there in the beginning of a long public holiday! A ride from Changi airport to Legoland was supposed to be around an hour, but the traffic jam made it 5.5 hours!!! No kidding!! The driver was helpful to accommodate our needs while inside the car waiting. After the long awaited border, he also drove us to a gas station with a convenience store so that we could buy some food (as it was already almost midnight) and go to washroom first, before heading to Legoland hotel. Anyways great thanks to him and I was glad we chose a more spacious and comfortable van!! :)

The driver is very talkative, it takes about 1 hour to arrive at Lego Land, no need to get out of the car to pass the customs, very convenient
