Store manager is polite and responsive

The order indicated delivery, but after inquiring for a day, I still didn't know when it would arrive. I needed it urgently as a gift for a friend, so I ended up taking a ride to the store to pick it up myself. At the store, I saw staff constantly packing orders, probably too busy to reply to messages. The gift box is a bit too large for the mini mooncakes inside; they're packaged in a large tin. My friend loves durian and said they were very satisfied, and the mooncakes were delicious.

The staff provided excellent service. The Musang King mooncakes had a rich flavor and a smooth texture, while the Black Thorn mooncakes tasted lighter and more refreshing. My colleagues and friends all found them delicious, and we plan to repurchase them next Mid-Autumn Festival.

This was a great experience. The owner was very kind and patiently answered all my questions. They also offered flexible pickup times. Overall, the entire process was good, and I would definitely recommend it.

Free shipping is only available when you purchase 4 boxes or more 💁🏻 Don't be a fool like I was.

It was clearly stated that it would be delivered on December 9, but the information was wrong when contacting me via WhatsApp. Someone else's information was sent to me, and I was asked to pick up the goods myself. Then it was said that it would be delivered on 13/9, but it was not delivered and there was no notification. I haven't received the item yet!
