Hard Rock Hotel Shenzhen Accommodation Package | Diverse Family Fun

This is my fourth time staying here. The hotel is located at Exit D of the Mission Hills subway station, making transportation extremely convenient. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, clean, and have a large bathtub. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and they always greet you proactively. Special praise to Diana Wang Lihong, who handled the check-in procedure with super high efficiency. Because it was my birthday, she upgraded the room to a panoramic recording studio suite. The hotel's breakfast and dinner buffets are both plentiful and delicious. As it was Valentine's Day, the dessert styling was very thoughtful and lovable, and roses were given to guests. The room is equipped with a Sony soundbar that can be connected to a mobile phone via Bluetooth to play music and enjoy the sound. Across from the hotel is a large shopping mall, "Mission Hills MHMall", with a wide variety of shopping and dining options. Overall, the stay was a very good experience, truly making you feel at home! This is a hotel that is highly recommended!

From Futian Port, take the subway for 50 minutes to Guanlan Lake Station, then walk to the Hard Rock Hotel. There were many activities for children during Easter, which was great! It's very close to the Sports Commune. The kids spent $88 at the handicraft workshop to make two crafts. The next morning, we also went to Kaloo Ice and Snow World. There's only one slide, which is fun when it's not crowded, but it can get a bit dangerous when there are too many people, so it's best to leave early. There's a large shopping mall nearby for shopping and dining, which is very convenient. If you haven't been, you can give it a try.

The Hard Rock Hotel is my niece's favorite. Including this New Year's stay, she's stayed here five times. There were Double 11 discounts, so it's cost-effective. In the summer, they have popsicles, and in the winter, they have shaped marshmallows, which the kids love. Across the street is a large shopping mall with lots of restaurants, a large supermarket, a riding school, Muji, Uniqlo, and all sorts of activities. Behind the hotel is the Niuhu Bishi Waterway, with beautiful scenery, and there's also a massage parlor with reasonable prices. So even after staying multiple times, it doesn't feel boring. The rooms are large and clean, and it's worth visiting again and again. The only drawback is that the pool isn't big enough, and it gets crowded when there are a lot of people swimming in the summer.

The hotel exterior is excellent, retaining the same grandeur as its foreign counterparts. Although it's far from the city center, it doesn't feel cheap at all. The rooms are also relatively large compared to others, and the staff service is very good. Upon check-in, they immediately added me on WeChat, and they respond promptly to any questions. The package included two snow entertainment tickets. After checking in, we waited for a text message and could go directly to the entrance, which was very convenient. The day before arrival, I specifically called the hotel to confirm the room and inform them that this stay was to celebrate my child's birthday. The hotel arranged birthday decorations and prepared a small cake. The children were very happy when they saw the balloons. The only drawback is that there were several problems with the bathroom in the room. The showerhead in the shower stall leaked severely, and the water sprayed randomly while showering. The overhead showerhead also dripped water at the same time. Water kept seeping out from under the shower stall door, and even using a carpet to absorb the water didn't help. After showering, the entire bathroom floor was wet, and I was afraid that the children would be in danger of slipping. Also, the bathtub was very large, but the drain stopper fell out completely, and the showerhead couldn't be used. The biggest problem was the hairdryer, which sucked hair in while blowing, pulling out a large clump of hair T_T. I immediately notified customer service via WeChat, but they only had the same type of hairdryer. I didn't dare let the children use it at all. The hotel really needs to consider this issue carefully. Even if they don't replace it with a newer hairdryer, they should add a net to prevent accidents from happening again.

The hotel has excellent facilities, a clean environment, and the staff are polite and very proactive in helping. The hotel's dinner buffet includes crawfish and grilled oysters. We notified the hotel in advance that our child was coming to celebrate a birthday, and the hotel placed pink balloons in the room and gave a mermaid doll. Also, staff delivered a small birthday cake to the room in the evening. Our child loved this trip. Very satisfied and grateful for the arrangements. Will come again next time.

We are a family of three and checked in on December 31st. The staff was polite and very enthusiastic. The room wasn't very clean, and there were many, many mosquitoes in the bathroom, as evidenced by the photos. The room had a strong odor, which we reported, and the staff was very helpful and immediately brought an air purifier to the room. We purchased the buffet dinner, and there was a wide selection of food, including hot pot. The beef was freshly sliced, but the seafood wasn't very fresh. Overall, the stay was good. It's right at the subway station entrance, but not very close to the border crossing; it's a 45-minute taxi ride. Transportation Convenience: Good Cleanliness: Average with pictures and videos

Although the hotel isn't brand new, it's clean and tidy, filled with musical elements, and the staff are very friendly. The hotel rooms are large, with a great sense of space, and there's a good-sized bathtub, which the kids loved!! The buffet food is diverse, tastes great, and you can even have hot pot at the same time, awesome!! The kids had a great time making cookies, definitely worth a visit, but the magic experiment was a bit boring, but it's still nice to be able to wear magic school robes and take pictures. Free extension to 2 pm check-out, overall a very satisfactory stay.

Cleanliness: The room was clean, well-equipped, spacious, and stylishly designed, offering both a bathtub and a walk-in shower. However, soundproofing was poor; after 11 PM, we could hear children next door who were overly excited, followed by their parents loudly scolding them for an hour. Breakfast: The selection was good, and the taste was of normal quality. The restaurant itself was charming. Hotel Location: The hotel is located right outside a subway station exit and across from a shopping mall and other entertainment attractions, making it extremely convenient. Service: At 12 PM, the front desk stated they couldn't clean the room in time due to too many guests. When asked again at 3 PM, they still said it hadn't been cleaned. After several inquiries, we learned that the delay was due to a lack of available inspectors to check the room's cleanliness. Only after pressing them did they bypass this procedure.

It took almost an hour to get to the hotel by subway from Futian Port, but it was worth it. One thing that deserves praise here is that most of the staff speak Cantonese, which made us feel very welcome. Although the hotel pool is small, divided into 1.2M and 1.4M swimming areas, there's a small recessed area where babies can walk around. There's also an amateur baking activity where babies can make cookies for photos, but the taste... The room was tidy, with a little dust, and they could also help add a bed rail. Breakfast was okay and worth adding on.
