  • All activities are covered by insurance, please follow the instructions of the coach during the experience. If you do not follow the coach's instructions, in order to avoid accidents, we have the right to immediately suspend the activity for the safety of both parties without refund
  • Participants must be aged 6-60 and healthy. If you have asthma or other diseases, please do not participate
  • It is recommended to wear non-absorbent clothing during activities, such as swimwear, beach pants, yoga pants, etc. It is also recommended to bring a set of full-body underwear (from the inside to the outside) that can be changed after the activity
  • Please arrive and report early before the event starts
  • In case of poor sea conditions or thunderstorms on the day of participation, we have the right to cancel the activity before going into the water for safety reasons, and you can choose to postpone (limited to the current year) or refund (the insurance administrative fee of TWD100 must be deducted)
  • If you have entered the water but changed due to wind and waves during the activity, the coach may suspend the activity after judgment and allow you to go to the next time to make up the hours. No refunds will be made after entering the water
