The restaurant staff has a good attitude and the service is very good. The appetizers for dinner are delicious. The steak and dessert are delicious. The breakfast is good overall. On the second day for lunch, we choose Tianlong Xuan, a must try for Spanish black pork char siu. Half a serving is enough for two people. Overall a super nice stay - it was a late celebration for my own birthday and Mother’s Day! Hotel prepared a cake which was super sweet! - room was clean and nice and with a South China Sea view - dinner was with Victoria harbour view and super nice and filling - breakfast also with a view and a variety of choice! Very nice stay and definitely worth the money!

I checked in last Friday, it's been a few days since today, and I checked in to celebrate my husband's birthday. But RC's service makes me want to come to the site to thank them for their kind hospitality. Needless to say, the hotel hardware is the highest hotel in Hong Kong, with no dead-end sea view, and the quality of the restaurant food is unquestionable. What surprised me the most was the attentive and cordial service of each employee. From the very beginning of CHECKIN, every employee treated us (our ordinary guests) with all their hearts. Whether it's the CHECK-IN front desk staff, the lobby lounge staff, the elder sister who helped us get the tea bags, or even the CHECKOUT, before the room card was taken out, they already knew my husband was Mr. Nie. Really beneficial. Here, I would like to thank tony the lobby lounge staff for the dinner reception, Candy and another staff member (unfortunately forgot to ask her name, woo!) who prepared a special birthday breakfast set for my husband, who opened the door for us. The bed staff, YING. Seriously, I don’t usually write comments for thanking employees, but after a few days this time, I still remember their names, and I want to write them sooner, as if everyone became friends without realizing it. We celebrated New Years at Ritz Calton staycation on 7-8/2/2022, the hotel's reception duty manager Nicole took the initiative to help us register, arrange lunch restaurant and time, and even took pictures for us during dinner in the room, which made us very happy. When I checked in, I had made an appointment to deliver the cake and champagne to the room at 9:30 pm. I ordered my afternoon tea at about 3:45, and when I returned to the room, I found that the cake and champagne had already been delivered to the room. This hotel is for all my friends in the region. On that day, my boyfriend and I celebrated our six-year anniversary. The hotel sent us a cake for us to celebrate. But because the weather was too cold that day, we didn’t enjoy the swimming pool. Went to the gym (he said this is the highest gym in the world🤣🤣) By the way, the wild food in his package is really delicious😳)

The second time I went to this hotel, there was an indoor swimming pool. Birthday to staycation, free upgrade to live in Victoria Harbour room, including dinner and breakfast, good food, free champagne. Little kids have fun. The hotel has children's tooth brushing supplies. Just bring your shirt and swimsuit. The hotel and home provide a large amount of shampoo and shower gel, no longer thin, and it is good to use.
