The tea set tastes so good, it's hard to expect that they are all the same exquisitely, and it's a lot of extra points. The room is not big, but the bathroom is well designed, and the shower and shampoo are Australian brands. Breakfast is relatively simple, but you can eat enough, but the only drawback is that the air-conditioning in the room blows right at the head of the bed, and it blows people’s headaches, but the air-conditioning is not too thin and large. Frozen, omg😩
Room is really nice! Apple crumble and lemon tart were tasty. Very convenient.
The design of the room is unique in industrial style. I like the bar stool very much, but the shower room has a transparent door. Although two girls live, they must be covered in the wild at the end, so D is embarrassed. Package package afternoon tea, choose the left chocolate flow cake and lemon batch, it is not wrong to sell the same taste, but you have to choose tea bags, if you can have coffee, it is better. Breakfast included is really very light. It is not much different from breakfast at hostel D. Corn flakes, bread, boiled eggs, Lucky has croissants, so basically no one can eat it. There are many restaurants downstairs, so many choices, convenient location
The package is not wrong, there are simple desserts for afternoon tea, Scarlett downstairs is good 😋

Overall ok, there are a lot of snacks and snacks, satisfied. The transportation is convenient, near the MTR, and there are many restaurants nearby.
The room space is large enough, sanitation is okay, with less toiletries and not complete enough. The soundproofing of the room is poor, and you will hear the sound of water next to it. The front desk service attitude is average.
- We reserved the hotel on Thursday night while I will check in on Friday. We got the final last-minute cancellation from the hotel when I was going to check-in at their lobby. They said the hotel was fully booked but Klook still allowed people to reserve. It illustrates unprofessional / poor management. - We were not the only. guest who were rejected right at their lobby. - Klook initially offered just a full refund and cancellation. After negotiation, few look points were rewarded but it was just a small amount. - Klook has no one tryied to contact us via phone, not even one call and we could not locate any customer service hotline
