You need to go upstairs to the 1st floor but delivery was amazing, quick, on time, the driver was friendly and saves us do much hassle - trust me, carrying luggage around Japan is not fun and the fact Luggagent takes luggage delivery up til 3pm really helps those with later flights

There is no need for your vouchers to be printed but me being overly sure, printed one. This particular service for us was really helpful, We didn't want to waste the remaining hours we have in Japan dragging our heavy luggages transferring from one train to another, or trying out resto's and having to find a spot for our luggages (8 luggages to be exact). The guy who got our luggage was really nice and kind, he even got a picture of my husband along with the luggages after we got them because he wants sure evidence that he has delivered it safely and intact. we got to squeeze out the remaining time we have without worries, without heavy luggages, and absolutely hassle free. so thank you klook! this is one of the best services you offer! 👍👍👍😁😁

I really recommend this to those who bring multiple or even single but huge luggages! Because of theis we were able to spend an extra day exploring Osaka without worrying about how our luggage will arrive at the airport. It's also a bonus that they always keep you updated with the status of you luggage. Thank you Klook!

Quick and efficient. Use email to communicate but they will WeChat you if you miss the email. They arrive at the airport on time, 15 mins before the meeting time. Definitely will use the service again in Osaka next time

easy to use, so far no issue with delivery. often luggage gets delivered by the time I have reached the hotel. definitely convenient if traveling in a bigger group with more luggages.

the entire process was seamless and smooth and heard the custom service was extremely helpful. the pricing is a bit on the higher side but the delivery was so prompt! they allowed us to choose pick up timing (10am) as we didn’t want to have to wake up too early and rush but I was fully expecting that our items would only reach late in the day. however the luggages reached the destination hotel at 3pm!! just in time for our check in! 10 out of 10 would use again and recommend for anyone who is travelling in Japan.
