extremely unhappy and worst service. please call me and refund my money. the museum and observatory everything was close and I am in email contact with Mr Covan who kept on telling me that he has requested refund from merchant and I an still waitinng for refund. and at the end of the day you are sending me mail for review??? I have not visited the museum or anything because except open grounds nothing was open for today and only going to open by 17 May. So you are telling me for review for what?? Please refund my money and give me call back on my phone number 07935108241. Immediately refund money and do not put people on false hope for attractions. It has spoiled my Sunday and I am yet to receive 50 pound refund. Please give me call back to apologize for this mishap from your side. Thank you.
