The rooms, facilities, services and every little details are far beyond other 5-star hotels in HK
From Check-in to introducing the hotel room facilities, the staff are very attentive and the service attitude is very kind, courteous and smiling. Sure enough, there is no wrong choice. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Outstanding service with friendly staff, the bath tub experience is excellent, though it would be better if some of the facilities in the hotel are being renovated.
The hotel is new and clean, but unfortunately there is no fun in the face. Several restaurants on the 7th floor are too expensive, the mo bar price is reasonable, and the food is average. In terms of hardware, the East is good, and the restaurant is affordable. The service is good, I will come again because of the good service😏
I celebrate my daughter’s graduation in the hotel w her. Very professional team , great decorations. The yoga class is super . Dinner and breakfast is average with no surprise. Having said that , we enjoyed the package very much .
The package was really worth, include a 1000 HKD dinning credit, a relax Bath experience and a one way transfer back to home.
The room is large and spacious. The bedroom, the living room and the bathroom are clearly separated. Three areas have a TV. The round bathtub also comes with bathing service. There is a dim light for the staff. The atmosphere is comfortable and the staff service is very good.

Also, as i requested to have bathing ducks for bathing tub, LMo offered 10 cute bathing ducks for us. it was awesome. :) LMo service was personalised. All staff were engaging and customer focus. So please keep it up. Lmo is the best staycation choice up to now.
The service is amazing. All the staff are very nice and professional. We felt the warm hospitality throughout our stay. The in-room dining is really delicious exceeding our expectations.
