Took my two Nieces from Newcastle, over the festive period. Aged 8 and 14, they loved it. Couldn’t recommend it highly enough.
A good experience, the slide speed is too fast and there is no time to excite, and the scenery is first-rate, but the slide is a sealed design, which greatly reduces the excitement compared to the transparency.
The arcelormittal orbit is really beautiful. It is an iconic spot in the queen elizabeth Olympic park. Anyone who visits London should definitely pay it a visit. Highly recommend it!
The view from the top was amazing. There were 2 levels. First level allows you to take the longest slide down in the world which is 178m, second level is 5m above the first level and lets you take a 360º view from the top. Besides, they have two curved mirrors that play tricks. It was a spectacular experience. The staffs were friendly and the overall experience was great!
When I made the reservation, I didn't know that the facility was under maintenance on the day I booked, and I didn't receive any information reminders. As a result, I only learned that the facility was closed when I arrived on the same day. There is no refund reply, and no one is following up on my case. , wasting precious time and transportation costs during my journey.

Very dodgy company they dont always provide the service you pay for. I purchased a ticket for the Arcellor mitter orbit roller coaster for me and my 3 kids. I payed using paypal, I never received a confirmation with my ticket and never received it. After emailing me they told me they would send me a ticket 4 days before the event which was 18 January. I emailed again 4 days before and received no reply. I contacted arcellor mittler and they said they have no contract with Klook and I'm not on the database for any ticket. Klook received no give me a refund, and gor my refund eventually through paypal. Just warning for any other person buying from this website.

Go up to the tower on the second floor, just look at the sights far away, nothing special, not worth going!

We had fun with the slide. Interesting piece of architecture and great view of the city! Plus u got to see the London stadium and Westfield Mall nearby with plenty of food options.
It was quite an experience, the slide was so much fun. A definite must try.
