Went during COVID and booked two rooms on the left. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Went to Zuo Restaurant for lunch, it was delicious. Then swim in the water and eat nearby. Satisfied👍🏻

The theme of the little balls is beautiful. There are bad little balls in the room that you can check in. The location is convenient and the room is clean, but the service attitude of the hotel is average.
Overall very satisfied! Comfortable room, large bathroom, courteous staff. The room is decorated with small balls, and there are many small balls gifts: two pairs of slippers, a thermos, two hand sanitizers, and a set of cups and saucers. The afternoon tea is exquisite but sweet, and there are many styles of buffet breakfast, including Chinese, Western, Japanese and Indian, and the taste is not bad! Note that the cups and saucers for the small balls have to be picked up at the You and Me store. Perhaps due to a misunderstanding in communication, we failed to get the K11 Art Mall e-voucher in the end. The hotel staff asked us to use the QR code to get it at K11, and the K11 staff said that the hotel would give us a card to collect it, but it doesn’t matter, it’s not a big deal. question.
Overall, I am very satisfied. I personally like Maruko when staying in a themed hotel. The purpose is to have a more in-depth accommodation experience with Maruko. This is the first time I stayed in a Hyatt Regency themed hotel. The service of Yijian Hotel is good. The staff are very polite. My colleague Carvenie, who is in charge of checking in, is good. This time, I booked a double bed room + buffet dinner + buffet breakfast package through klook to celebrate my husband's birthday. When ordering, specify the birthday and require a bathtub on the upper floor. I am very satisfied with the accommodation on this trip. Although this time I lived on a lower floor facing the view of the building, the room was clean and bright.
