Activation procedure
- The supplier's customer service staff will activate the activation for you on the designated activation date you choose, and will notify you of the arranged activation date via email after ordering.
- The original activation period cannot be specified. Most cards are activated before 12 noon in the UK. The validity period is calculated from the first day on that day. If there are force majeure factors such as original system maintenance or local base station damage, the card issuance may be delayed. If you need to change the activation date, please inform the supplier of LINE customer service ID: @jasonstrip (required to add @) or click link at least 3 days before the default activation date.
Cancellation policy
- SIM cards that have not yet been shipped: You can contact customer service to handle the cancellation procedure. Once it is confirmed that the mailing status is not yet shipped, a refund can be arranged.
- SIM card shipped: Please contact customer service within 7 days after receiving the SIM card to handle the cancellation procedure. You need to bear the freight and send it back to the supplier’s designated location. Refunds can be arranged after the supplier confirms that the SIM card has not been activated, inserted and used, and that the packaging is complete.
- Cancellation and modification are only applicable to network cards that have not yet been activated, plugged in and used and have complete packaging.
- If you need to change or cancel your reservation, please notify us within 24 hours and obtain confirmation, otherwise you will not receive a full refund.

Booking guidelines
- This plan is only available in the UK and is mainly for short-term use. It cannot be recharged, extended or transferred to other telecom operators with code portability.
- This card is only suitable for mobile phones, not for other 3C products (for example: tablets, sharing devices)
- This card number is a circulating mobile number and may not be used to register for some mobile apps such as Uber that require phone number verification.
- The calls included with this card can only be used within the UK, and can make calls to local standard local calls and mobile phones in the UK (excluding non-standard paid calls)

- The date selected when booking is your departure date
- Please be sure to fill in the specified activation date of the SIM card, which is based on British time. The activation period cannot be specified on that day.
