The whole experience was amazing! The tour guide was professional and friendly, the explanation was clear, and he took us to an excellent observation point. It was so shocking to see groups of dolphins jumping out of the water! The itinerary was smooth and the facilities on board were clean. Definitely recommended to friends who like marine ecology~

Eventhough we didn't get to see the dolphins on the day, we had a great time! The staff are incredibly nice and knowledgeable. Plus, they offer you to come back free of charge if you don't see dolphins.

Escalation Refund exemption request, due to catch a real bad cold from the bad arrangement so I couldn’t make it to the meet up point on time. Please i request an instant refund for the unattended tickets for this matter as I also been costed alot to take uber all the way down from Ringwood to Sorrento. NOT WORTH IT FOR ME TO waste 6 hours go and return in total by travel to there. please need your assistant and proceed.
