We recently used Private Van & Bus Charter service in Bali for a group of 20+, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. 7 people and a bunch of luggage, booked a car for 12 people, and a 20-seat minibus came, and everyone lay flat. The driver was very nice. He waited for us in the hotel lobby ahead of time. He bargained for us 5 durians on the road according to our request, which cost only 20 dollars. Sorry for not being very good in English all the time. After playing for a day, it has been more than 10 hours since we were sent to the second hotel, and we were also taken to the Ubud restaurant. We gave a tip of 200,000 dong, and everyone was happy.

This tour was by local operator DK Bali. The manager Jessica was a pleasure to communicate with and she was very helpful in planning our one day itinerary. The guide Ugi was very experienced, friendly and professional and driver Yarep is experienced and skillful. We really enjoyed ourselves the whole day visiting silver factory, coffee plantation, tirta water palace and Lempuyang temple. Thumbs up! 👍🏻

We decided to use this van service last minute because our original driver canceled on us last minute. What a stroke of luck! Not only was this van cheaper, it was bigger (sent us a 12-seater vs 10-seater). And our driver Kadek, was the nicest guy. We fought traffic all day going into Ubud and then to Jimbaran. He also found us a great restaurant to eat on the beach. He ended up driving us for 12 hours and didn’t even charge us for the extra time. We gave him the biggest tip we’ve ever given a driver. Great service. Will use again

Agus has been professional, suggesting places to go, being punctual and patient all the time. He has very good driving skills, given how the locals drive and ride around there. Definitely good to get a driver in Bali.
