Driver was punctual and courteous and the car was clean, comfortable and roomy. I would definitely use it again in the future. It comfortably fit us 6 passengers and 6 pieces of luggage.
Very convenient specially hk is very strict right now. there were a lot of changes in where to go out etc. I suggest this service for a more convenient way to go to the city.
Hong Kong International Airport to/from Lantau / KLN / Kwai Tsing (10:00am-5:00pm) 1 x Per Vehicle (Group of 6) punctual
Pleasant experience. The cars arrived ahead of time. They are clean and the drivers were polite. Luggage space was big enough to fit in 6 medium and large luggages. As we never received any message directly from the local operator till the day before departure, we went through Klook support to convey our request to pickup at the VIP Lounge. However Klook Support was not able to reach them out hence we asked the local friend to arrange for us. Glad that our request was accommodated. Its suggested to update the guests in advance to with car and driver detail.

Our experience with this service is very good. Will definitely avail of it in the future.
Just look for counter B01 at Arrival Hall B and present your Klook voucher. Their staff will accompany you to where you will be picked up by the car. The car is very clean and comfortable and has free wi-fi. There was also enough space for our 4 big and 1 small luggage bags. The driver was nice and very helpful.
