How to Use

• Present your Klook voucher at the venue
• The booking holder will be verified before admission
• Additional facilities or services can be charged to the key provided upon entry
• Any additional charges can be settled at the kiosk or front desk when returning the key

Validity

• This is an open-dated ticket
• Valid for 3 months from the date of purchase

Operating Hours

• Open 24 hours a day, year-round
• Weekly maintenance closure: Tuesday 23:00–Wednesday 07:00

Important Notice

• Elderly guests and children must be accompanied by a guardian
• Locker availability is limited, so admission delays may occur during peak seasons, weekends, public holidays, or busy periods
• The outdoor foot spa may be unavailable depending on weather conditions or operational circumstances
• Certain areas may be temporarily restricted due to internal events or wellness programs
• Outside food and beverages are not permitted
• Personal clothing for use inside the jjimjil room is not permitted
• Items that may pose a danger to other guests are prohibited

Parking Information

• Outdoor spa parking lot on the 1st floor: up to 6 hours free
• Building basement parking: KRW 300 per hour
• Basement parking fees must be paid at the front desk
