Information
Korean Traditional Cuisine Experience Center in Suseong-gu, Daegu This program offers an opportunity to discover Korean traditional food through hands-on cooking experiences in Daegu.
Learn about traditional ingredients, cooking techniques, and the cultural stories behind Korean dishes while creating and enjoying your own food. It is a meaningful way to experience Korean food culture and share unforgettable moments with people from around the world.

Minimum/Maximum Participants
5 to 16 people (* The session may be canceled if the minimum number of participants is not met.)
1. 13:50 Arrival at the Korean Traditional Culture Experience Center and Enjoy a Welcome Tea
Please arrive on the 2nd floor of the Korean Traditional Culture Experience Center 10 minutes in advance.
2. 14:00~14:15 Theoretical Lecture and Demonstration
3. 14:15~14:50 Hands-on Practice (Korean Gimbap or Traditional Korean Sweets)
Experience making Korean gimbap or traditional Korean sweets using seasonal ingredients and traditional techniques.
※ The menu and ingredients may change depending on the season and the program schedule. (Photos are for reference only.)
※ Participants will practice individually or within groups based on the menu.
4. 14:50~15:10 Tasting
※ Some dishes may be packed to take away instead of being tasted on-site.
