• [Shopping Reminder] Shopping at scenic spots and stores along the way is a personal and voluntary act. Please choose carefully and properly keep invoices and certificates; such shopping is unrelated to the travel agency.
• [Other Reminders] Travelers are not allowed to leave the tour group without authorization during the itinerary. Otherwise, all losses and consequences caused thereby shall be borne by the tourists themselves; in the event of force majeure factors causing itinerary delays or incurring other expenses, tourists are requested to understand and bear the costs themselves; once participating in this itinerary, regardless of the guest's reason for leaving the tour or withdrawing from the tour midway, fees are strictly non-refundable.

Cancellation policy

• Cancel more than 4 days before departure for a 100% refund.
• Cancel 3 to 2 days before departure for an 80% refund
• Cancel 1 day before departure, non-cancellable
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule
• If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
• Be aware that the approval of reschedules, amendments or refunds are subject to availability

• The voucher is valid only on the specified date (and time if applicable)
