- -No Extra Fees for transporting ski or snowboard equipment bags.
- -Maximum Capacity (XL Minivan – Up to 8 Passengers): 6 checked-in bags (max 23 kg each), 4 ski/snowboard bags
- -Exceeding Luggage Limits: If your total luggage or equipment exceeds this capacity, a larger or additional vehicle will be required. Please note that reassignment to a different vehicle may incur extra charges depending on the specific requirements of your booking.
Booking Requirements
- If you request child seat, please address the amount during booking process, it is free of charge.
- 100% cancellation fee applies for cancellations made less than 72 hours before these transfer dates:
- Last Saturday of the year
- First Saturday of the new year
- First three Saturdays in February
- Transfer service hours: 24 hours a day

- Please note that one child seat is equivalent to one passenger
Surcharge table
- The driver will wait for the customers for 60 minutes at the airport from the scheduled pick-up time free of charge.
- The waiting time of the drivers is guaranteed at the accommodation for up to 10 minutes, based on original pick-up time. Additional waiting time will be a subject to additional charge of 15 EUR per 15 minutes.
- Flight delays: The waiting time of the drivers is guaranteed at the airport for any delay up to 60 minutes (based on original arrival time). If the waiting time should be extended more than 60 minutes (based on original arrival time), it will be a subject to availability and additional charge of 100 EUR per 1 hour.
