It took a while to confirm the reservation, but they were very friendly and accommodating to my questions and requests. Biking around San Francisco is an unforgettable memory. The road is really pretty. From the store to the Golden Gate Bridge, there aren't too many hills, so it's a good ride. The bike is in good condition too!
Think about an hour, which is plenty to get from the bike rental shop to the Golden Gate Bridge. If you want to go to the Golden Gate Bridge and take the ferry to the rental store, it can be a little difficult, so you have to go diligently.
Very easy process to collect, but staff were unfriendly and quality of bikes wasn't great. If you're biking the bridge, 2 hours is pushing it so consider renting for longer.
We were served by Bashier. Collection and returning of bike was a breeze, did not took more than 10 minutes in total. Gotta be physically moderately fit to bike from the rental shop to GGB as there are many up slopes. BE prepared.
I used it well and cheaply. It was a very informative time. The kids also enjoyed it and we made a lot of memories. Thank you. I especially enjoyed the various experiences and activities. If you go to San Francisco, I definitely recommend it.
