Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. ・Small-group tours: A Chinese-speaking driver-cum-service staff will assist with the itinerary arrangements; no separate dedicated tour leader will be assigned. Please be sure to check it in time and also keep an eye on your spam folder. During peak travel seasons, email delivery may be slightly delayed; thank you for your understanding. If you receive multiple emails, the content of the most recently sent one shall prevail.
• [Pre-trip Notes] •Please arrive at the designated meeting point at the scheduled time and proactively look for the corresponding driver or tour guide to complete check-in so that the itinerary can proceed smoothly. •The tour guide will not proactively contact travelers the day before departure; it is recommended that you confirm the meeting time and location in advance. •Since this itinerary is a group tour, in order to ensure the smooth progress of the overall schedule, we cannot wait for latecomers. If you fail to arrive at the meeting point within the stipulated time, it will be regarded as a voluntary forfeiture of the tour, and no refunds or other compensation will be provided. •Any transportation, rescheduling, or related expenses incurred due to late arrival must be borne by the traveler. Cancellation policy

• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
• Vouchers can be used any time within the validity period. Refunds can't be made once it has been redeemed or has expired.
• The activity will be cancelled if there is not a minimum of 15 participants. If this happens, you'll get a rescheduled time or refund
