【Forest Adventure Tateshina】 Forest Adventure Tateshina is located near Tokyu Resort Tateshina in the Tateshina Highlands of the Shinshu Yatsugatake mountain range. It offers a children’s course suitable for guests as young as 90 cm in height, allowing visitors of all ages—from children to adults—to enjoy forest walks and zipline experiences in nature.

It is conveniently accessible, about 30 minutes by car from Suwa Interchange on the Chuo Expressway, and approximately 2 hours from Hachioji Interchange. It is easily reachable from both the Kanto and Hokushinetsu regions. With its cool summer climate, it is an ideal destination for a day-trip outdoor experience.

The surrounding area also features accommodation facilities, BBQ areas, and hot springs, allowing guests to spend a full day immersed in nature. Pets are also welcome (must be kept on a leash at all times).

■Trek Course We offer 9 different courses of varying difficulty, ranging from casual courses to authentic, challenging courses. You can choose your favorite course and challenge it as many times as you like! Enjoy unlimited play within the time limit—start with the beginner course and move up to the advanced course once you get used to it! The courses are designed so that everyone from children to adults can enjoy them together.
