• Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused service. In this case, no refunds will be given
• Please dress accordingly depending on the day's weather conditions
• Pets are prohibited
• The legal drinking age in South Korea is age 19. Please bring a valid ID for proof of age
• It is your responsibility to inform the operator if you have any special health conditions. The operator is not responsible for any adverse effects which may arise from any treatment.

Vehicle & luggage info

• Luggage allowance: 1 pieces of standard-sized luggages
• Standard Luggage Size: 55cm x 40cm x 20cm.
• Larger bags will be considered 2 pieces
• Please limit the weight of baggage to a maximum of 23 kg
• The operator has the right to refuse a reservation if the group size or luggage exceeds the capacity of the reserved vehicle. In this case, no refunds will be issued
• Luggage storage and delivery services are not provided

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 48 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
• Refunds can't be issued for any participants who are late by 20 minutes or more
