• Strictly prevent collisions: There's a saying in skiing, "Don't be afraid of falling, only of colliding." This means it's better to fall than to collide, as collisions are very dangerous. You might hit another person, a tree, or a safety net, resulting in minor bruises or even severe fractures.
• Don't take risks: Don't ski alone in the woods, on steep slopes, or in deep valleys. Generally speaking, it's safest for three or more people to ski together.
• Safe fall: After falling, do not struggle randomly. Try to quickly lower your center of gravity and sit backward. Generally, you can raise your hands and arms, bend your body, and let yourself slide down. Avoid falling headfirst, and even more so, avoid rolling.
• First aid common sense: Usually, one should learn some basic medical knowledge and first aid common sense, such as how to handle injuries, and what measures to take after a fracture.
• Scientific rescue: If you find someone injured, do not haphazardly handle or move them. You should report it to the ski resort's rescue personnel as soon as possible.
