• Service start and end time: 08:00-20:00. Customize your itinerary within 10 hours and 300 kilometers. If the actual vehicle usage exceeds the service time or distance, an overtime fee/excess mileage fee will be charged. For itineraries starting or ending in a different location, the return journey time needs to be deducted from the service time, and customer service will reconfirm with you.
• Please indicate in the remarks column: ① Estimated itinerary of attractions ② Number of passengers (including infants and children) ③ Number and size of luggage ④ Child seat requirements ⑤ Departure location ⑥ Departure time ⑦ Destination ⑧ Communication methods such as WhatsApp/WeChat/Line, to facilitate the creation of a dedicated service group for you.
• Overtime/Excess Mileage Fee: If the service duration exceeds 10 hours or the service time is between 20:00 and 22:00, an overtime fee will be charged: 7-seater & 10-seater 5000 JPY/hour, 14-seater (1-12 people group) 8000 JPY/hour, 18-21-seater 10000 JPY/hour. Less than 1 hour will be calculated as 1 hour; if exceeding 300 kilometers, an additional 300 JPY will be charged per kilometer. The operator will reconfirm the amount in advance and contact you to inform you of the applicable surcharge.
• Vehicle type: [Business 7-seater car] Model used: Toyota Alphard or similar. Maximum occupancy: 6 people. Luggage capacity: 4 pieces of 24-inch luggage; [Comfort 10-seater car] Model used: Toyota Hiace or similar. Maximum occupancy: 9 people. Luggage capacity: 9 pieces of 24-inch luggage; *If the number of passengers is less than the maximum, one additional piece of luggage can be placed for each person fewer. If the number of passengers exceeds 9, please contact customer service for recommended vehicle types.
• Child seat: One child seat can be provided free of charge upon request; a charge of 2000 JPY per seat will apply from the second seat onwards. A child seat occupies 1.5 seating positions.
• Driver: Join the service group one day in advance. The primary language is Chinese/Japanese, but English communication is possible using translation software. The driver is mainly responsible for itinerary and time management. Upon arrival at attractions, the driver will not accompany guests into the scenic area; please enjoy your visit freely.
• Duration of use: 10 hours. The driver will wait for 30 minutes free of charge from the scheduled pick-up time. If the guest is late, the late time will be directly deducted from the total chartered hours, with no additional time compensated. If the driver waits at the pick-up location (e.g., hotel/B&B) for more than 30 minutes and cannot contact the guest, the driver will leave the scene and charge the full amount, with no refund. If the itinerary cannot be completed within the reserved service time due to lateness, you may choose to continue the itinerary and pay an overtime fee, or choose to shorten the play time to fit within the service time.
• During peak season, there may be a price difference. If a price difference occurs, customer service will reconfirm with you after you place the order.

Vehicle & luggage info

• The driver has the right to refuse a reservation if the group size or luggage exceeds the capacity of the reserved vehicle. In this case, no refunds will be issued

• You'll get confirmation within 24 hours. If you don't receive a confirmation email, reach out to our customer support.

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 48 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
• Vouchers can be used any time within the validity period. Refunds can't be made once it has been redeemed or has expired.
• Be aware that the approval of reschedules, amendments or refunds are subject to availability
