Prohibitions & Limitations

• Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused service. In this case, no refunds will be given
• It is your responsibility to inform the operator if you have any special health conditions. The operator is not responsible for any adverse effects which may arise from any treatment.
• Smelly food (e.g. durian) is not allowed in the facility

What to bring

• Sunscreen / Valid ID / Passport (valid for 6 months or more) / Student ID
• Inclusions: vehicle usage fee, fuel/electricity fee, toll fee, parking fee, driver service fee, and driver's lunch, etc.
• Exclusions: tourist accommodation fees, personal dining fees, admission tickets or project consumption within the scenic area, and other personal consumption (such as dining, shopping, etc.);
• The chartered car service has a maximum duration of 10 hours per day. There is no strict limit on the duration of stay at a single scenic spot, allowing tourists to freely control their own sightseeing pace. Early completion of the itinerary or unused service hours resulting from the pace of the tour will not be split or refunded. The service duration is calculated starting from when the driver arrives at the pickup point and picks up the tourists, and ends upon delivery to the designated destination.
• Default departure time: 9:00 [can be flexibly adjusted according to your actual needs], regular available service hours: 7:00-22:00 (24-hour format);
• The sightseeing route and attraction visit durations are for reference only. You can add or remove attractions as needed. The driver will prioritize planning a "no backtracking" route to reduce travel time. You can inform the driver before departure or during the trip to adjust attractions or routes, and the driving plan will be replanned and adjusted for you at any time;
• 5-7 seat vehicle including driver and guide service. Under the premise of safe driving and safe parking, it provides tourists with appropriate scenic spot introductions or commentaries, and assists with taking photos. 9-seat or above vehicle models provide driver-only service. After the order is confirmed, the driver will take the initiative to contact you before 20:00 one day prior to the start of the itinerary (please keep your contact information available) to confirm the final departure time and pickup location. If no one contacts you after 20:00, please contact customer service in a timely manner for feedback.

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
• A full refund will be issued in case of unforeseen events or extreme weather caused the following condition: The activity cannot follow the itinerary
