Ticket Purchase Notes
- Last redemption time for daily exhibition admission: Before 17:00 on open days during the exhibition period.
- This ticket is valid for a single entry only, for one person, once during the exhibition period, and cannot be reused.
- A 10% handling fee will be charged for refunds. Please apply for a refund through the purchase channel one day before the ticket's specified date. Late applications will not be accepted.
Visiting Notes
- During the exhibition, please follow the queuing lines and staff instructions; when there are large crowds, the organizer will implement crowd control based on the on-site situation, and the actual admission time will depend on the on-site conditions.
- If there are any changes to the exhibition time, content, or regulations, please refer to the on-site or official social media announcements.
- Commercial photography or other photography that affects the safety of the venue and the quality of the visit is not permitted inside the museum.
- Flash, tripods, selfie sticks, long lenses, and stabilizers are prohibited in the exhibition area. Photography should be conducted in a manner that does not affect the flow of visitors and the quality of the viewing experience.
- Food and drinks are prohibited in the exhibition area.
- Running, playing, hitting, or climbing exhibits and display cases or other equipment are prohibited in the exhibition hall. If any damage occurs, compensation will be required at the appraised price. If inappropriate behavior persists despite warnings, the organizer reserves the right to ask the person to leave without objection, and no compensation or refund of ticket fees will be provided.
- In case of force majeure, the museum reserves the right to adjust, postpone, or cancel opening hours and related activities.
