• [About Luggage Privilege] Each person can carry one piece of luggage free of charge. For any excess luggage, an additional 2000 JPY per piece can be paid to the driver/guide on site. Please be sure to make a note when placing your order. If not informed in advance, the driver/guide has the right to refuse your boarding, and the tour fee will not be refunded.
• 【About Driver-Guide Service】Driver-guide service: 4-13 people for a small group; Driver + Guide service: 14-45 people for a bus group. The actual arrangement will be adjusted according to the number of participants on the day of departure. Driver-guides primarily focus on driving, with commentary as a secondary role.
• Regarding Force Majeure: Due to traffic conditions, weather, holidays, and crowd impact on the day, the arrival times for each itinerary may change. In the event of the aforementioned or other force majeure factors, the tour guide has the right to adjust and reduce the itinerary on site. We ask for your understanding, and this cannot be used as a reason to request a refund.
• 【About Late Refunds】As the one-day tour is a carpooling service, if you are late at the meeting point or attraction, we will not wait and no refund will be given. Please be aware.
• 【About Vehicle Models】Reference models: 5-8 seater vehicles: Toyota Alphard; 9-14 seater vehicles: Toyota HAICE or similar; 18-22 seater vehicles: small bus; 22+ seater vehicles: large bus. The above vehicles are for reference only, and the actual vehicle will be adjusted according to the number of people in the group on the day of departure.
• [Regarding End Time] Due to the long travel distance, the return arrival time may be affected by traffic or weather. It is recommended that you avoid arranging other activities on the day the trip ends. If any losses are incurred due to delays, the supplier will not be liable for compensation.
