Old Dragon's Head

Old Dragon Head is located on the southeastern coast of the Bohai Sea, 4 kilometers from the Shanhaiguan Scenic Area. It is the eastern starting point of the Great Wall of the Ming Dynasty and a magnificent maritime fortress. The Great Wall, like a giant dragon, stretches across the land of China, with its eastern end extending directly into the sea south of Shanhaiguan Pass, resembling a dragon's head held high. Therefore, it is called "Old Dragon Head".
