Cancellation policy

• The activity will be cancelled if there is not a minimum of 20 participants. If this happens, you'll get a refund

• The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.
• The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.
