【Olympian City‧JUMPTOPIA Racing Crew Training Base】 Signal Hoisted Before Session Starts: If the Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above is hoisted before the start of the event, the attraction will be temporarily closed. It will resume operations within 2 hours after the signal is lowered. If the signal remains hoisted until 4:00 PM, the attraction will remain closed for the entire day. Pre-Informed Signal During Session: If the Hong Kong Observatory announces in advance that the Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above will be issued during the event, the attraction will be closed 1 hour prior to the issuance of the signal. If the signal remains hoisted until 4:00 PM, the attraction will remain closed for the entire day. Black Rainstorm Before Session Starts: If the Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is issued before the start of the event, the attraction will be temporarily closed until the signal is cancelled. If the signal remains hoisted until 4:00 PM, the attraction will remain closed for the entire day. Black Rainstorm During Session: If the Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is issued while the event is in progress, the attraction will remain open as usual. Ticket holders who are unable to attend may apply for a session rescheduling.

After booking online, you'll need to go to the venue first to exchange for a wristband, and then schedule your time slot. Since there might be many children on holidays, crowd management is necessary, but the venue is very orderly.

it was a dream-come-true experience to my boy. helpful and efficient staff by refilling the water tank, the soap….the activity was well organised. A reminder, be prepared you and your kids’ pants might get wet, and no parking privileges for the expenses here.

It was a disappointing experience that didn't meet expectations! My child was so excited and looking forward to it, but the actual experience was quite a letdown. The venue was smaller than anticipated, and with about 7 to 8 toy cars already packed in, it felt very cramped. What was even more unexpected was being told after entry that children would have to "share a car" with other kids. As a result, two children were assigned to play with each car, and with their accompanying parents, it became four people crowded around a small car. The venue was overcrowded, and the children didn't get to enjoy themselves fully. It felt like everyone was just crammed together, making for a very unpleasant experience. While I understand the organizers might want to accommodate more people, the experience would have been much better if they had provided advance notice or managed the crowd flow more effectively.

The arrangements were orderly, and raincoats were provided. If you queue early, you can choose your vehicle sooner. There's plenty of time, so children can ride multiple times.

The kids had a decent time playing, but the description didn't mention that one car is shared by two children (meaning with someone they don't know). If friends go together but all the cars are taken, they can't wash together. The description also doesn't explain how the 50-minute session is allocated. For the 50-minute option, it's split into two 25-minute sessions, where you wash one car, then take a break, and then go back in to wash another car for 25 minutes. If that's the case, it would be better to just sell 25-minute sessions. I thought 50 minutes would allow for continuous drawing and washing. Stopping and starting like that makes it less enjoyable.
