- The driver will call or text to inform you of the pick-up vehicle information before 9 PM local time the night before the trip; if it's not an Australian number, the message may fail to send, so please be sure to check your email, as we will notify you again via email. If you do not receive it, please contact online customer service promptly.
- On the day of the trip, show the name of the person who made the reservation to the on-site staff. After confirming the information, you can start your pleasant journey; the order of attractions may be adjusted according to the situation on the day.

- No fresh fruit or vegetables can be brought into Tasmania. If caught at the airport, you may be fined; please bring your own suitable hiking shoes and enough clothes to protect against weather changes in mountainous and coastal areas. Apply sunscreen when the sun is strong; many attractions in Tasmania do not have mobile phone signal.
- The minimum number of people for this product to form a group is 4, and the maximum number of people per group is 25 (including children occupying seats). Summer vacation, Christmas, New Year, Spring Festival, National Day, Australian local student holidays, and local public holidays are peak seasons, during which the number of people per group may reach around 35. We appreciate your understanding.
- During peak tourist season or due to special circumstances, suppliers will adjust transportation tools such as vehicles, boats, and aircraft types based on actual operational needs, with the final arrangement subject to on-site actuals.
- If the service cannot be performed due to reasons on the part of the scenic area (such as temporary closure, capacity limits, service quality issues, accidental injury, etc.), the supplier will assist you in communicating and resolving the issue with the scenic area, but will not bear direct compensation liability arising therefrom.
- It is strongly recommended that guests purchase personal travel accident insurance. Seniors over 60 years old are required to purchase travel insurance products with high coverage and comprehensive protection.

- Full refund for cancellations made before 12:00 PM (inclusive) 5 days prior to the event date.
