The menu is curated by Artisan Ánh Tuyết, who prepared cuisine for 21 Heads of State during the APEC 2017 Summit and is recognized as a “Vietnamese Culinary Ambassador.” Signature authentic Hanoi specialties such as Pho, Bun Cha, and Bun Moc are featured, creating a completely different experience from the standard buffet offerings commonly found at airport lounges.

I was able to use the service well at a slightly lower price. However, I would not recommend the lounge. First of all, while the atmosphere is upscale, the chairs were uncomfortable. Although drinks, alcohol, and food were all-inclusive, the food options were not very diverse. For a premium airline lounge, there seem to be areas that need improvement. The instant Vietnamese cup noodles or Korea's famous Han River-style instant noodles would be more appealing than the very salty pho served upon order, and recliner sofas would be much better for travelers wrapping up their trips than uncomfortable luxury sofas. The temperature was also too high, making it stuffy. While I am very satisfied with the price booked through Klook, it was a somewhat uncomfortable space to sit and eat in for two hours.
