Eligibility

During the activity period, Klook Taiwan users who make a purchase at any 31 Ice Cream store in Taiwan and complete registration on the Klook activity page will be eligible for the lucky draw.

How to Participate

• Make a purchase at a 31 Ice Cream store in Taiwan during the activity period.
• Keep the purchase receipt from the activity period.
• Go to the Klook activity page and complete the activity registration for 0 NTD.
• After completing registration, you will be eligible for the lucky draw.

Lucky Draw and Winner Announcement

• Klook will conduct the lucky draw after the activity ends.
• Klook will provide the winners' ticket purchase details to 31 Ice Cream for eligibility verification.
• If found ineligible, the winner's qualification will be canceled, and a new draw will be conducted to fill the spot.
• The winner list is expected to be announced on September 14, 2026 (Monday) or September 15, 2026 (Tuesday). The actual announcement date will be subject to the organizer's schedule.
• Klook will notify winners via the contact information provided during registration and provide prize redemption details.
