• 【Hot Spring Tips】1. During menstruation, or when overly full, overly hungry, excessively fatigued, or after consuming a large amount of alcohol, it is not recommended for women to soak in hot springs. You may opt for a foot bath instead. 2. Before soaking in a hot spring, please remove all metal jewelry to prevent it from being damaged or blackened by minerals. Afterwards, you can take a shower to cleanse your body, which helps with the absorption of hot spring minerals. 3. When soaking in a hot spring, put your feet in first, starting with warm water then hot, and gradually move from low to medium temperature to allow your body to adapt to the hot spring water temperature. 4. During your hot spring bath, if you feel chest tightness, dizziness, or dry mouth, it may be due to the water being too hot. You can rest by the side of the pool and replenish water promptly (provided in the hot spring area). 5. When soaking in a hot spring, you can close your eyes and meditate, taking several slow, deep breaths to achieve the effect of releasing physical and mental stress. A hot spring bath of 2 hours is recommended. 6. Hot spring water contains minerals. After soaking, try to use less shower gel; rinsing your body with clean water is more beneficial for retaining the minerals attached to your skin.
• [Attraction Order] The driving time and attraction visiting time in the itinerary are all estimates, and there may be some discrepancies in reality. The actual arrangements shall prevail; the order of attractions will be adjusted as appropriate according to the time of the day (peak/off-peak season, traffic jams, etc.).

• Children with a height of 120cm and above will be charged the same rate as adults
• Children aged 12+ will be charged the same rate as adults
• Explanation of Children's Standard Price: 1. Ages 2-12 (exclusive), includes round-trip Kunming-Baoshan high-speed rail second-class half-price ticket, seat fee, guide fee, 4 half-price regular meals. All other expenses are not included. Children's tickets cannot be booked in advance. If a ticket fee is incurred, please purchase it yourself at the scenic spot entrance. 2. By default, children aged 6-14 include a round-trip Kunming-Baoshan high-speed rail second-class half-price ticket; for children aged 2-5, no high-speed rail seat is required, and a 220 yuan high-speed rail ticket fee can be refunded. If customer service is not contacted in advance to specify, a seat will be defaulted, and no refund will be possible.
