- Each child seat occupies approximately 1.5 passenger spaces, which will reduce passenger capacity or luggage space. Luggage size regulations: Standard luggage: 24-28 inches. Oversized luggage / strollers: Please inform us in advance; they will be counted as 2 pieces of luggage. Special reminder: If travel is not possible due to luggage or passenger overload, the passenger will be responsible for all related liabilities and costs.
- Scope of Travel and Pick-up/Drop-off Regulations Basic Pick-up/Drop-off Scope: Pick-up and drop-off locations are limited to hotels or guesthouses within Osaka city.
- Chartered car service within Osaka City is limited to round trips to and from attractions within Osaka City, with a total length of no more than 100 kilometers.
- Outsourced vehicles in Osaka City can cross districts (centered on Osaka City) for a round trip of up to 300 kilometers.
- Additional Surcharges: Cross-region service fee: If a cross-region itinerary is arranged (e.g., "Kyoto + Nara"), a cross-region fee will be charged. Please select the corresponding package or consult customer service. Off-site pick-up/drop-off fee: If pick-up or drop-off occurs outside of Osaka City (e.g., Kyoto, Kobe, Nara, etc.), an additional fee will be charged based on distance or deducted from the driver's empty return travel time. Specific area fee: An additional area surcharge will be applied if the pick-up or drop-off location is Kansai Airport or Izumi City. Over-mileage fee: If the total itinerary exceeds 300 kilometers, an additional 400 JPY will be charged per kilometer for the excess portion.
- Japan legal vehicle service hours: Standard service hours are 10 hours (service available from 07:00 to 21:00). Please note: If pick-up and drop-off locations are different, the driver's empty vehicle round-trip time must be deducted from the standard service hours.
- Overtime/Late Night Surcharge Calculation Principle: Overtime caused by any reason, such as traffic jams or waiting for passengers, will be subject to an additional charge. Exceeding 15 minutes will be calculated as 1 hour.
- ・Fewer than 10 seats: JPY 5,000 per hour (over 15 minutes counts as 1 hour)
- ・14 seats or more: JPY 10,000 per hour (over 15 minutes counts as 1 hour)
- Late-night service fee: If the vehicle is still in use after 22:00, a late-night service fee of JPY 5,000 will be charged (depending on time and location). * Overtime due to traffic jams, waiting for passengers, or other unforeseen circumstances will be included in the additional time charges.
- Default service: Drivers primarily provide services in Japanese/Chinese. If English is required, please purchase the designated English-speaking driver option. If not purchased, it will be considered that English-speaking driver service is not needed, and the driver will communicate with you using translation software.
- The driver's contact information will be provided via email or Whatsapp 1 day before departure. Please be sure to check it. Please wait at the pick-up location on time.
- Notes on contacting via LINE: Due to LINE IDs in some regions not being able to add each other, it is recommended to contact via WhatsApp, WeChat, or email. If you still wish to use LINE, please send a screenshot of your LINE QR code via email or by contacting Klook customer service, and the supplier will scan it to add you as a friend.
Vehicle & luggage info
- The driver has the right to refuse a reservation if the group size or luggage exceeds the capacity of the reserved vehicle. In this case, no refunds will be issued

Cancellation policy
- 100% refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 4 day(s) before the selected activity date. Contact Klook customer service for any refunds
- In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to request a full refund
- Full refunds will only be issued for unsuccessful or rejected bookings
- Be aware that the approval of reschedules, amendments or refunds are subject to availability
- Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all
