What to expect
Want to briefly escape the hustle and bustle of the city? Then step into the courtyard of Fangjia Hutong, listen to music, and come to "Baoger" to experience the authentic sports bar atmosphere. The owner's warm and thoughtful service, high-value freshly made food, and the featured all-you-can-eat and drink selected set meals will not only allow you to feast to your heart's content but also let you have a comfortable "burp" here, enjoying a pleasant and slightly tipsy night in Beijing.
The owner's family is a Qing Dynasty noble family that has lived in Beijing for nearly four hundred years. They are particular about food and drink. In their early years, they studied in the UK, and after returning to China, they localized Western gourmet burgers, adjusting the menu for each season and incorporating local seasonal ingredients into the sauces for the burgers. The beef used is Australian grain-fed Angus beef.
Hutong treasure, Beijing-style burgers + niche craft beer + affordable all-you-can-drink. Old Beijingers love to come here. The original Qianlong Burger, Old Beijing Osmanthus Burger, and Gaomo Burger are the three top Beijing-style burgers. There will also be other limited Beijing-style burgers in winter.
The owner's craft beer buyer's shop selects high-quality domestic craft beers, including niche brands that are hard to find in Beijing. Single cups are not expensive, new selections are often available, and there are all-you-can-drink discount prices. It's a "food and drink freedom" utopia in Beijing's hutongs – delicious, good to drink, inexpensive, and comfortable. After eating, you'll burp with satisfaction, feeling it to your bones!
