Yiyuan Garden

Yi Garden, a private garden built by the wealthy gentry Gu Wenbin during the Qing Dynasty's Guangxu period, is the latest constructed among Suzhou gardens. It draws upon the strengths of various gardens, forming its eclectic characteristics. It cleverly integrates classic elements such as the double corridor of Canglang Pavilion, the rockery of Huanxiu Mountain Villa, and the waterscapes of Humble Administrator's Garden into one, earning it the reputation of "Museum of Garden Art."
