Review for: Osaka Kyoto & Nara Full-Day Private Tour with Customizable Itinerary

Liu was an excellent driver and very friendly. He arrived at the cruiseport before we arrived and greeted us with a sign with our name on it. We left at 9:30am He had a very clean Alphard 6 seater for our group of 5. He spoke English very well. He also speaks Japanese and Chinese. We never needed translation software. We saw the deer in Nara, the golden shrine, the bamboo forest and Dotonbori where we had enough time to ride on a river cruise in the city for views of the famous running man. We arrived back to the ship at 6:30pm. We had plenty of time to spare. Very happy to have chosen this tour.

Review for: Osaka Kyoto & Nara Full-Day Private Tour with Customizable Itinerary

We had a great experience on our excursion to Nara and Kyoto. Although the service started a little late because of a car issue, the team handled the situation very quickly. They even offered us coffee while we waited, which was a thoughtful touch. Our driver was incredibly kind, supportive, and professional throughout the entire day. He made sure we arrived safely at every destination and was always helpful and patient. Overall, the service exceeded our expectations, and we had a wonderful day. We would definitely recommend it!

Review for: Osaka Kyoto & Nara Full-Day Private Tour with Customizable Itinerary

This was our first time booking a private tour like this, and it made traveling with seniors very easy and comfortable. Mr. Tan, our driver who picked us up at the hotel, was very punctual. Before arriving at each attraction, he would briefly explain the route and things to note, which we greatly appreciated. 🙏 The itinerary also followed our own plans, and he even arranged an all-you-can-eat beef shabu-shabu for dinner! 👍😋
