Klook Pass Macau

The pass is very convenient, allowing you to choose itineraries that interest you most, which is great! Especially if your travel group has an odd number of people, and other tickets only come in pairs, you can purchase this individual pass to use. We chose the House of Dancing Water tickets + Cotai Water Jet ferry!

The activity includes: The House of Dancing Water ticket + return ferry ticket to Hong Kong. Redemption process: Purchase the required number of package tickets. Convenience: Use a QR Code for both boarding the ferry and entering the venue.

I was worried about typhoons during the summer holiday, even for a short trip to Macau, so I booked this package only a week in advance. It stated that it was non-cancellable, but sometimes weather factors can be handled with discretion, so I decided to book it anyway. Unfortunately, on the day of redemption, there was indeed a typhoon, and half the day was lost. We could only go to the House of Dancing Water in the evening. I tried to contact customer service to inquire about rescheduling another activity, the teamLab exhibition, but was unsuccessful. They could only offer a discretionary refund of some Klook cash. The package lacks flexibility; during typhoon season, it might be better to check the weather forecast before buying tickets. Customer service handled it quite quickly, though.

Using the attraction pass is very convenient; you can freely customize your itinerary and save time by avoiding long lines to purchase tickets on-site.

Purchasing The House of Dancing Water and Festiva restaurant lunch vouchers on Klook is very cost-effective. Remember to make a reservation for your dining time after purchase. The service staff are excellent, and the restaurant's food is delicious. Highly recommended! 👍

When purchasing this package, do not attempt to select round-trip tickets. If you do, it will be a loss, as they cannot be changed or refunded. Furthermore, if you choose boat tickets for both activities, it will also be a loss. I strongly advise against it.

extremely poor customer service and horrible policy, I ask for a different bus day because of a conflict with time and flat out was told “NO!”, the date is weeks away still, I have used Klook in 4 countries this was most lack of service I have come across, you (the customer) must be perfect in time and travel or you lose your money, they (Klook) can impose what ever standard they want, they sent me a phone number to call and it instantly gets disconnected, enjoy the free money, you scammers!
