• After the order is successfully booked, the supplier will send a PDF version of the electronic confirmation form. Please check your email. The pickup time and location are subject to the confirmation form. Travel with the confirmation form; if you do not receive the confirmation form before 22:00 the night before departure, please contact online customer service.
• Please arrive at the designated pick-up location 10 minutes in advance. To avoid delaying subsequent itineraries, there will be no waiting for latecomers; for shared shuttle services, the driver will wait for a maximum of 10 minutes; if you do not appear, the trip will be considered automatically canceled and no refund will be given.
• The carpool service may be late to your hotel. If the driver has not arrived after 20 minutes, please contact the supplier's online customer service, and our staff will coordinate for you.
• The minimum number of participants for a tour is 2 people. If the number of participants does not meet the minimum required, the tour will be canceled, and an email notification of the cancellation will be sent 2 days before the departure date; the itinerary order may be adjusted based on the actual situation on the day.
• Note: If the river is not suitable for rafting due to weather conditions on the day, it will be replaced by activities similar to a one-day tour (e.g., walking with elephants, making vitamin balls, etc.). The activity itinerary is for reference only, and the order of activities may be adjusted. The specific arrangements will be based on the day's schedule.
• Walk with elephants, play and bathe with elephants in the river (this will depend on the weather; if it's too cold in winter, the bathing activity will be canceled); approximately 2.5 hours will be spent at the Sticky Waterfall attraction during the Elephant Camp and Waterfall Tour, and approximately 2 hours at the Sticky Waterfall attraction during the Elephant Waterfall Bamboo Rafting Tour.

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)

Itinerary Reference:

• Elephant Camp and Waterfall Tour Package
• 07:00-7:30: Pick up guests from various hotels. The pick-up time is subject to the confirmation slip. Please check your email.
• 07:30-08:30: Take a car to the Kekiao Elephant Sanctuary, where you can enjoy beautiful landscapes, rice paddies, and more along the way.
• 08:30-09:30: Arrive at the Kekiao Elephant Conservation Center, where the guide will introduce the camp and elephant-related knowledge to everyone.
• 09:30-10:30: Get up close and personal with elephants, feeding them delicious bananas and other food.
• 10:30-11:00: Walk with elephants, play and bathe with elephants in the river (bathing will be canceled if it's too cold in winter, depending on weather conditions);
• 11:00-12:00: Enjoy local Thai lunch;
• 12:00-13:30: Take a car to Sticky Falls, approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes by car;
• 16:00: Depart from Sticky Waterfalls, arriving in Chiang Mai city center around 17:00.
• Elephant Waterfall Bamboo Rafting Tour Package
• If you have purchased a package that includes the bamboo rafting project, you will experience the bamboo rafting project from 12:00-13:00 after lunch.
• 13:00-14:30 Take a bus to Sticky Falls, the journey takes about 1 hour and 30 minutes.
• Left Sticky Waterfall at 16:30, arrived in Chiang Mai city center around 17:30.
