Ticket Purchase Notes
- Present your e-ticket on-site for admission (no physical ticket exchange provided). Once an e-ticket has been used, no refunds will be accepted.
- Each ticket can only be used once during the exhibition period and cannot be reused. Double and triple tickets require simultaneous entry. Once a ticket is lost, damaged, or the admission stub is torn off, it will be considered invalid and will not be reissued, exchanged, or refunded. Please keep your ticket safe.
- For refunds, please follow the refund policy of the ticket purchase platform. For details, please contact customer service. Refunds for tickets purchased through platforms will not be processed at the exhibition site.
- Free admission eligibility: Children under 3 years old (relevant identification must be presented, and accompanied by an adult holding a ticket for admission. If no identification is presented, a ticket must be purchased for entry).
- If you wish to apply for a refund, please complete the refund procedure through the original ticket purchase channel before the end of the exhibition (2026/10/11). A 10% service fee of the ticket price will be charged for refunds. No refunds will be accepted after the exhibition ends.
Visitor Notes

- Open as usual on national holidays.
- The merchandise area offers free admission but is subject to crowd control. The organizer reserves the right to arrange admission and adjust routes based on on-site conditions.
- Dangerous items and pets (except guide dogs) are prohibited throughout the venue.
- Eating and smoking are prohibited on-site.
- Playing and chasing are prohibited within the exhibition area. If damage or destruction is caused, compensation must be paid at the original price.
- The organizer is not responsible for personal property loss. Please take good care of your personal/valuable belongings.
- To maintain a good viewing experience, the exhibition hall is subject to crowd control. The organizer reserves the right to guide visitors for admission and adjust viewing routes based on on-site conditions.
- Visitors must comply with these viewing guidelines. If there are safety concerns or behaviors that affect the viewing order, the organizer has the right to advise, stop, refuse admission, or order departure.

Since fewer people visit on weekdays, you don't have to wait in long lines for photos. However, the exhibition hall didn't feel very extensive, so it might not be worth a special trip from out of town.

This is a really fun place! The air conditioning is nice and cool, and it's not too crowded. It's a great spot to bring kids, definitely worth a visit to experience it for yourself!

I had such a great time in Taipei that I brought my family to Pingtung for a second visit! About 80-90% of the exhibition content is the same as in Taipei. The biggest differences are the outdoor large inflatable Shin-chan swimming ring and the sleeping Shiro, while indoors there's an additional themed area featuring a kindergarten cat stroller, Macao Chuma, and the mystery! The cherry blossom scene from the "Strange Incidents at Tenka Kasukabe Academy," and Shin-chan and Himawari wiggling their bottoms. The entrance area also features the Pingtung Eluanbi Lighthouse and road signs. The crowds are much smaller than in Taipei, so you can play the mini-games as much as you want—ten times is no problem at all. Overall, I highly recommend it!

The exhibition hall was a bit larger than expected, with quite a few interactive machines. Most of the machines had friendly staff members overseeing them. The staff maintained order without being overbearing, and overall, the visit was quite enjoyable!

The scene setup is really interesting! There are also many interactive games inside. You can scan QR codes to collect all the characters and get wallpapers. The chicken cake shapes are also very cute!

Visited on August 22nd! It was a fantastic exhibition with lots of fun, interactive mini-games. Besides the games, there were many photo backdrops and beautiful hand-drawn illustrations. Upon entry, you receive a coloring page, and there's a classroom where you can color it and then hang it on a bulletin board. At the final exit, you can stick sticky notes on the wall. The sticky notes on the wall were very neatly organized by character. I'm not sure if they were specially arranged or if visitors spontaneously organized them that way. After the exit, there's a merchandise area. The egg waffles were delicious, crispy on the outside and not dry on the inside! Finally, the staff today were all very kind and friendly. Many thanks to them; they greatly enhanced the experience!
