Ticket Purchase Information

● This ticket is valid for single entry only and cannot be reused. The admission stub becomes invalid once torn off, and no refunds will be issued. Each ticket is valid for one person for one use only during the exhibition period and cannot be reused. ● This ticket is an unregistered valuable security. Resale is prohibited without the organizer’s permission, and violators will be dealt with according to law. ● Tickets that are lost, damaged, invalidated, punched, altered, stained, photocopied, or have the admission stub torn off, making them unidentifiable, will be considered invalid. No reissuance, exchange, or refund will be provided. Please keep your tickets safe. ● Purchasers of concession tickets, special offer tickets, and those eligible for free admission must proactively present original valid proof documents to on-site staff for verification when purchasing tickets and entering. Those without proof will be charged the full ticket price. ● If the ticket is a complimentary pass, it may not be resold or exchanged for cash. ● On-site ticket purchases accept cash and credit card services, but UnionPay and AE cards are not accepted. Various discounts cannot be used in conjunction with each other. In case of unpaid orders or refunds, all ticketing platforms will release remaining tickets for purchase. ● This ticket is valid for use during the exhibition period (June 26, 2026 - September 30, 2026). It will be invalid and considered void after the expiration date, and no refunds or changes to other session times will be allowed. ● For refund procedures and methods, please refer to the refund policies of each channel. For tickets purchased at the event venue or from Mediasphere, refunds require the submission of relevant supporting documents such as the ticket, invoice, sales slip, and receipt. A 10% handling fee will be deducted from the actual sales price, and postal/transfer fees incurred due to the refund will be borne by the refunding party. Please process refunds before the end of the event (September 30, 2026); late requests will not be accepted. ● Online ticket purchases do not require physical ticket exchange. Please present your electronic voucher (QR Code, no exchange needed) to on-site staff for verification to enter. ● For other business-related regulations or any consumer disputes arising from this ticket, the “Standardized Contract for Arts and Cultural Exhibition Tickets” issued by the Ministry of Culture shall apply. ● For any unaddressed matters regarding exhibition regulations, please refer to the Mediasphere official website (www.mediasphere.com.tw) and FB announcements. The organizer reserves the right to interpret the event rules.

Admission Information

● When entering the exhibition, please follow the queuing lines and staff instructions. During peak times, crowd control will be implemented, so please queue in an orderly manner to enter. ● Photography and videography are allowed in the exhibition area (live streaming, flash photography, tripods, selfie sticks, 360-degree panoramic cameras, or other auxiliary equipment are prohibited). However, please note that close-up photography of exhibit details is prohibited. Please adhere to the regulations of each exhibition area and maintain order to jointly preserve the quality of the visit and respect the intellectual property rights of the artists. ● When taking photos, please do not cross lines or affect the viewing rights of others. Please also pay attention to personal and exhibit safety, and ensure your behavior does not violate public decency or laws and regulations. ● On-site staff do not provide photography services. We apologize for any inconvenience. ● Please do not bring food, beverages, water, selfie sticks, tripods, helmets, pets (except guide dogs), long-handled umbrellas (except walking sticks for the elderly), items exceeding A3 size (L42 x W30 x D15 cm), or dangerous items into the exhibition. If exhibition rules are not followed and no improvement is made after warning, the organizer reserves the right to ask violators to leave, and no ticket refunds or compensation will be provided. ● To maintain smooth flow within the exhibition, please park strollers outside the exhibition area. Please keep valuable items with you or store them in lockers. This exhibition is not responsible for personal property loss or safekeeping. Please take good care of your personal and valuable belongings. ● Eating, drinking, smoking, chewing gum, and betel nuts are prohibited inside the exhibition hall. ● There are no restrooms or trash cans inside the exhibition hall. It is recommended to use facilities around the exhibition area before entering. ● Running, playing, hitting, touching, or climbing exhibits and display cases or other equipment are prohibited inside the exhibition hall. In case of damage, compensation will be required at the assessed value. If inappropriate behavior persists after warning, the organizer reserves the right to ask the person to leave without objection, and no compensation or ticket refund will be provided. ● Staff are stationed at various points within the exhibition hall to maintain order. If you find any suspicious persons or unknown objects, pick up lost items, or feel unwell, please immediately notify nearby staff for assistance. ● For other event-related information, please refer to the official exhibition page. ● Please read the above regulations carefully. Entry implies acceptance of the special rules of this event. If inappropriate behavior persists after warning, the person must leave immediately without objection and no refund requests will be accepted.
