Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
• Partial refund will be issued in case of unforeseen events or extreme weather caused the following condition: Some of the activities are cancelled
• Partial refund rules: if the tour is disrupted or cannot be completed due to force majeure or unforeseeable events (e.g., extreme weather, natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, transport suspensions) beyond our reasonable control: Full Cancellation: We will refund the unused portion after deducting actual non-refundable costs (e.g., pre-paid hotels, tickets, transport). Partial Completion: Refund is calculated pro-rata for unused services; alternatively, we may offer a reasonable itinerary change with price adjustment (refund for price difference). Proof Requirement: Valid official proof (e.g., weather warnings, transport cancellation notices) must be submitted within 48 hours of the event; late claims will not be accepted. Personal Reasons (e.g., sudden illness, late arrival, personal negligence) are not covered by this policy and are subject to Klook’s standard cancellation terms.

• If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
