• (For private tour): The operator will call you once the driver has arrived outside your hotel/ pick-up location. Please provide your contact number at the checkout page
• We do not assume responsibility for delays caused by heavy traffic conditions. However, please be assured that our driver will navigate efficiently and safely to your destination, prioritizing speed, safety, and security
• Please specify in your booking if you plan to bring a beloved pet with you
• If you fail to indicate that you will be bringing a pet in your booking, the driver reserves the right to refuse the reservation. In this case, no refunds will be issued
• Pets exceeding 20 pounds must be contained within a cage or crate. Failure to comply may result in the driver refusing the reservation without eligibility for a refund
• Please share your contact details, preferably via Viber, prior to your booking, enabling us to communicate with you upon your arrival
• The driver has the right to refuse a reservation if the group size or luggage exceeds the capacity of the reserved vehicle. In this case, no refunds will be issued
• Please ensure that the drop-off location given is correct. Additional charge will incur for incorrect drop-off address
• Drive-thrus can be accommodated along the designated route at no extra charge. There is no need to inform the operator beforehand; simply communicate your request directly to the driver as long as it aligns with the designated routes
• Additional PHP 350.00 per hour for the exceeding time allotted the entire tour
